What a difference a few hours can make

By Friday the creek will probably be nearly full and will probably run at least several months.

The sound of water is lovely.....esp. when it's not a running toilet!

2. It's 50 yards from my door.

And it's pretty rare these days for there to be water in it. The next few days will totally change that.

I am fortunate to live in a beautiful spot - terribly funky house, but it doesn't bother me. The creek is marvelous, especially when it's still running in the spring and all the frogs start singing. Pure beauty. I'll post more shots over the next few days as it fills up.
