Eau Claire Dells, 3-14-10, Aniwa, Wisconsin (PIC HEAVY)
It was a gorgeous day. Mr. Dinger and I had to go for a hike. Lots of people with cameras. We were sitting on our asses, being lazy, and we do not regret our outing today!

People walking out on the rocks, be careful kids!

A view downriver:

Another:

A big hunk of ice, wonder where it came from?

A bridge:

Another view:

More ice:

I like this one:

Might like this one better, but I'm not sure:

Long way down there, don't slip!

Ice under the bridge:

The high bridge, about 1 and a half miles down the trail:

Other side of the bridge:

Sign in the park:

Weird root:

From down below (We were just walking on the other side, much higher up):

I like the combination of sun and shadow:

A view from the road bridge:

Rushing water:

Seriously rushing water:

3. Wonderful, Dinger. I like the first rushing water best, as the people
in the shot give it immediate scale. Weird root is my second favorite. I think it would be killer black & white.

I've spent some time in Milwaukee on various trips, but not much in the rest of Wisconsin. It's interesting how much it resembles Michigan (and Ontario, for that matter).

Thanks for sharing your bounty.

5. I've been to the touristy "Wisconsin Dells" (as a child and was not impressed)
This, on the other hand looks wonderful. Worthy of a week's vacation. How's the fishing there?
