1. We can only hope you have more to show from the trip.
These are great. I think my favorite is the last one. Fine photo and very well processed. HDR with a light touch?

2. No HDR on that one.
Thank you JeffR. My personal fave is the forest one. Sadly that's close to from that trip. I was super busy with work and only had a couple hours for photos. I'll be back there in late April and will have more time to explore. I have some HDR potentials though I'll work on.

The techniques I used were some interesting post processing in Lightroom that I'm discovering. Has to do with taking some of the development controls to near their max and them compensating for that with other controls.

3. I love it
when you travel, Richard! We all get the benefit when you get back. The light through the petals in that first one is amazing. :hi:

4. Is the Alcatraz Picture taken from
Golden Gate Bridge? It has been so long since I have been there............that may be a bad guess. I love all these, but that last tree really grabs me.

5. Good guess
Taken from the bridge going 55 mph (I wasn't driving, I promise!). I was really surprised it worked. One of those random things.

6. wow, and you even got that boat in there!!
That is truly amazing. Neat picture. It's one of those pictures that will completely take you back to that moment when you look at it.

I didn't *think* you would be driving, but very glad to get that confirmed.
