so I can't vote. Which irks me because I just like to vote.

All at once because this whole sudden business about the rules is, in the words of George Harrison, "a drag, a well-known drag." Let's just get some consensus and have it not be an opportunity for arguments anymore.

5. It's probably as good a time as any to revisit it

A lot of us missed earlier discussions and have been told that "the group decided way back when". I haven't been around much lately so I'm not sure if something specific precipitated all this rule discussing. The group has changed since "way back" and it makes sense to double check the consensus occasionally. OTOH George Harrison is right.
