Comments and critics are more than welcome

A so-called Limes-Kastell http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limes
The Limes was a border in Germany during the Roman occupation

1. Wow...I hadn't heard of limes before...
The Romans of that era certainly built things to last...

2. I have to tell you a secret
those "ruins" you see there aren't from the Romans, they got re-built in recent times so that visitors have something to see and get an idea how it used to look.

3. ah...that explains it....
i thought their condition was a little too "neat" -- I was thinking they were once bigger structures and those were the remaining foundations...

4. Those are the foundations
just not the original ones.

If you are intersted we could go there when you come.

5. Do I see evidence of your new lens?
These look good!

Sure the foundation is rebuilt but don't you think those are the original stones?

Was the dog on the bus too?

6. You do see the evidence correctly
:D

From what I understood the stones aren't original either.

The dog belonged to our guide, or the other way around :)
