2. I'm all set...

Like Celebration, I'm all ready and eager to go. I took a shot a couple weeks ago that I knew would be my entry.

3. What are the rules?

I don't mean the general ones, but rather what does the contest entail?

4. Pretty much the same as the monthly ones...

In addition to the monthly contests, there are four seasonal ones. The rules are pretty much the same except for the following:
1. Fixed theme, in this case, Spring.
2. Two hosts, who are allowed to enter. If a host's entry makes it to the final, he or she will no longer host, and their co-host will become the sole host.
3. The winner does not have to host the next one.
Any additional rule changes/differences are at the discretion of the hosts.

This doesn't take the place of the monthly contest so there will still be a May contest. The timing may be adjusted so the voting for the two contests don't conflict.

If I missed anything in the above, I'm sure someone will correct me.

Is it how we see Spring? OR is it blooming flowers and the like? I guess that is where I am still a tad confused.

Looking at the last couple Spring contest entries, flowers do seem to be a large portion of the submissions but they are by no means the only ones.
