Adobe Clock Tower Home (under construction)
This was taken 30+ years ago. I've never returned to see if it ever was completed.

2. Yes, but the wording is crucial & I'm stumped
Santa Fe, NM circe 1983. All I can find currently is a catholic medical center. Doesn't seem to relate at all since this was a seemingly eccentric local artist.

6. I'm not sure, towards the outskirts IIRC
I was being shown around by my girlfriend's parents so I'm not sure exactly where we were.
It was definitely (at the time) intended to be a home with a clock tower.
Plans may have changed.

5. I looked too and I couldn't find anything. What if it is a wind tower disguised
as a clock tower?

7. I love mysteries
And I love the southwest (and this picture). Be sure to let us know when and if this gets solved.
