I love the way they are equidistant from each other, and separate. Well, I am a sucker for duck pictures, even if they are gnawing their flesh.

2. It always seems to me

if they are not swimming they are doing this. They carried on for quite awhile. I took my pics and left, they were still going at it....... :)

I snapped this yesterday. I always wondered what all the posts were for near the main lake. I had thought they were to keep cars from rolling into the lake from the parking lot or drive, but apparently they are for duck shade on hot, sunny days.
