1. Yes you did and
you captured it beautifully. Thank you for sharing it. (Now off to a pool for physical therapy.)

6. Great shots, Miss H.!

They are all a gorgeous progression of the sun setting.

We have been having particularly red ones and I'm not really certain why, unless it's because of pollution from the burning oil in the gulf being blown all this way. Who knows?

Hubs took these last night. Not great shots, except I really love something about the first one.

Damn utility poles. :eyes:

8. I like both
the color is amazing.

The first one is so nice because of the trees in the foreground and also because of the rays.

I hear you about the poles .... Maybe one of the Photoshop experts can help you with that. I had a similar problem once and they helped me a lot

7. Imagining you on your balcony...
shooting this spectacular scene, and coming up with such a report!

Dramatic and spectacular.
I agree with the others about the third one, but the fifth one is wonderful, and if you took off the top of the first to below the round piece that looks like a reflection of the sun, it would be right there with them.

thanks!
they are really beautiful.

10. The weather is gorgeous at the moment
and hot. At least for Germany. Temps in the higher 90s. And Germany isn't a country with an A/C everywhere.
