Enjoy some Lutefisk and booyah
Booyah is something like a Mulligan stew or a burgoo. It's a little bit of anything you have thrown in a pot and cooked until it is nice and mushy. Even granny can eat it without her teeth.

I couldn't wait for winter to do some roasted veggies last night. It turned our house into a sweat lodge, but the food was outstanding.
Bells Two Hearted Ale is the perfect beer for roast veggies. The citrus flavor of the hops works well with the herbed veggies.
