Okay, so how much black is black

As many of you, I'm struggling with my submission, and decided to go back to my original thought.

Although the topic/focal point of my photo is clearly black, there is a lot of color in my shot.

I've taken a million photos of this sculpture and can't bring myself to take another one! ;-)

*big sigh*

1. I finally decided the answer to that question

It is in the hands of each and every voter.

The dawn shot I have obviously has a lot of color as well. I don't think the black trees framing the shot make it black enough, personally, but do feel that the black fog is prominent enough to make it fine for a black entry. But there could easily be people that disagree with me, and feel that even with the fog it is not black enough. I take it that they will not vote for it.

I really get the "sigh" part!
