Not sure what I'll go with but I kind of like these, too.

Eyes in the Night #2

2. these are beautiful
I would definitely go with three if it was horizontal. Might still go with it vertical as well (not sure)! It is a great take on the theme. If you go with the raccoons, I would pick these over the first photo of the raccoons you posted on another thread. At least on my screen these show up a little better. It's hard not to pull for the raccoons.

3. What Celebration said
I must admit I guffawed at the raccoons in spit of the fact I have come to hate the little buggers.

But that last one is great!

4. 2 or 3 are the best. I like the ancient mood and hole-punch
cloud in the second, but the light of the third is jaw dropping.

It appears to be a hole-punch cloud from this angle.

5. The last one
is mezmerzing. Even though I do like the sun beam through the clouds in the second one, the last one has water. I adore water pictures.

6. I'm having a tough time with this.
I want to enter something on the unusual side. The two most unusual shots I have are the raccoons and the people around the fountain. That said, I am partial to local landscapes since the light around here can be pretty cool if you are lucky enough to catch it at the right time.

I didn't think I would have much to choose from but when I started going through my folders I was surprised as all the shots I had that would work for "Black."

Thanks for the comments. I'll be stewing on all of them!

8. My pick? Well . . .
it's Black Water Sunset. WelI am a water person, and I can truly hear the waves and feel the dampness of the air.

I too am struggling with my choice. I keep wavering and changing my mind. ;-)

9. I cannot decide. I know that does not help. But I can make a case for every one
and so far can't make up my mind.
They are so different, and so beautiful, and so BLACK.
