1. You had a spectacular day it seems. Great color and a real feel

of autumn.
You're a bit ahead of us here in NC, but the 4 days I was gone made a big difference in the trees in my own yard.

Don't forget, the "Autumn" contest is around the bend. I especially like the first one with the lone walker in the distance!

3. I have found that

Arlington and DC are wonderful places for biking... I brought my own bike but they just implemented "Bikesharing" with rentals at many convienient corners around town. I am going to hate to leave here (next work in in the Bronx - probably won't be biking much there! but maybe some good pictures await me?)
