Endless Summer

Since we do not really have any seasons other than a monsoon season and dry season and our trees for the most part never loose there leaves, I thought that I would post a lot of different flowers that are grown here our yard by my wife and I. I do not know the names for many of these and some of the Hibiscus are probably different than any you might find in your areas.

Today was another miserable rainy, mudy day and I ran out inbetween the showers to do many of the photos. Yesterday was the same for the most part but I concentrated on the bromeliads in the yard. Many of them are beginning to bud and to flower, so I will begin with them I am planning on using my macro tubes and the manual 50mm lens and do some real macro shots of these bromeliads when they really start to flower. For now there are just the appetizers...
