1. Nice
Did they build a bike trail on old railroad tracks?

I love the top two.......I have no idea what they are, but the second one looks almost spring like. I'm sure it is probably something I have heard of but don't recognize. I love mystery in photos!

You have some good selections for fall photos.

2. The first one is a rose hip
The second is a wild geranium.

4. Thank you! I thought it might be a geranium but wasn't sure.

3. The bike trail runs along side the train tracks and then there are several
paths to follow that lead to different places/towns. Bikes are a legal road vehicle here (exception being the autobahn) and in addition to biking on the roads, there are many, many bike trails to get from one place to another. The tracks are very much in use - it's the S-bahn track going into my community stop. The bus stop is directly behind the station imbiss (not pictured).

The trees are cut by the city to keep the paths clear and the woods healthy. Also, there is protected water just beyond the cut trees. Means nothing can be dumped in that area - might harm the water.

Many flowers fight the good fight well into November here. Hardy plants more than warm weather being the reason. The second plant is a wild flower and I don't know what it is...

It was a blue sky day today and much warmer, so I had to get out.

5. I think this batch is my favorite batch of your work... I reserve to like others
better in the future, but these hit the target of pretty damn perfect.
My favorites are the "Hagebutte" (you are in Germany, right?, and that is what they call that)
the second one, the flowers (have no idea what they are) but frankly I've seen many wonderful photos here along those lines and they rank with the best of them in my eyes.

I also like the third one very very much. Gives me the feel of standing right in that forest.
Thumbs way up!!!

6. Thanks, Mira. Yes, those are rose hips. My chinchillas love them... once they are dried
and split open ever so slightly.
