If I was taking it I would have put the focus on manual and let the background go soft instead of the foreground I'd also have to get rid of all those red dots on every bottle, in post, along with the reflection of the TV in the window, but that's me.

Depending on how you set the B&W toning you can either bring the foreground or the background as more of your focal point. I'm just biased that way. Is that your tip you're leaving or your drinking bankroll?
