Just saw Maria Mellito, the American Idol Princess at the Red Dot Art Fair in

NYC. I said ' hello American Idol Princess' and she did a complete double take. I told her I was a fan of Countdown and I loved her appearances on the show (of course this year I haven't watched Idol so I have no idea what she's talking about anymore). She was so sweet, her whole face lit up with a big smile, and she blushed, I don't think she's used to being recognized because she's a radio personality for the most part. I didn't mention KOEB because I wasn't sure she knew about it, plus, the friend I was with would not have understood about the clubhouse.

A fun 6 degrees of KO separation moment I thought I'd share with all of you.
