But maybe he went to Matthew's father's funeral.

I come back to the KOEB and what I get is THIS?!?!?!?
The newsletter didn't even say anything.
All we can do now is watch the rest of the show and hope Alison gives us a clue...that he's under the weather or something.
Crap crap crap crap CRAP!!!!!

3. And for the record, no explanation. |
|
No "Keith is under the weather."
No "Keith is on vacation."
And no "Keith is at a ballgame" (although if the weather near him is anything like the weather here, there's no ballgame to go to).
So what gives?

6. she was great. It's worth catching the re-air, |

although some of the shuttle coverage got a bit insipid, IMHO. Not Alison's stuff; they cut away to a taped segment that got so fulsome I used the mute button.
Alison didn't give an explanation for Keith's absence and it wasn't mentioned in the newsletter, which is unusual, so they might not have known about this in advance. Perhaps KO's had a family emergency? His parents can't be spring chickens. Alison didn't say anything about whether he'd be back tomorrow.

7. I have a lot of elderly relatives.............. |
|
first my Great Aunt Flora (91) has a stroke, then my Aunt Elsie (84) has a stroke, and yesterday I come home to a message that my Great Uncle Wendell (87) has lymphoma and a problem with his spine.
Such is life.

I thought it might have to do with supporting Matthews and attending his dad's funeral, but HE was on last night, wasn't he? So why would Keith then not be on?
Which, of course, got me worrying about HIS family...
Well, I'm sick myself today. Gonna go back to bed and sleep. Unfortunately I have that option and Keith does not, because unless he writes a blog today datelined "SICK BED, NEW YORK," I'm going to worry.
Oh hell, even if he does, I'm going to worry. :-(

for Keith's own personal safety. Imagine the collective outrage if he was merely playing hooky. :7

10. Yeah, we might all converge as one upon New York... |
|
...find him, grab him, and...tickle him to death.
A terrible fate...
