if they said Countdown -- but they specifically said Keith tells you about the repair. Didn't they know he wasn't going to be there? I mean, we knew he wasn't going to be there.

Even when THEY know Keith's on vacation and YOU know Keith's on vacation.
For the last time: You cannot go by the ads. You cannot go by the Web site.
The only two ways you can know for sure that Keith is on Countdown on a given night are these:
1. You got a newsletter earlier in the day saying he was.
2. You tune in when it's time for the show and there he is, standing there in the studio.
Otherwise, all bets are off.
