Countdown MAY be on tonight...and a way to vent. |
|
I called MSNBC just now, and according to their receptionist, it's SUPPOSED to be on, but they don't know for sure. (Typical)
The good news is that you can leave a message on their viewer comment line. The number is (203) 583-5000. Just ask for viewer services. I was careful not to bash; just said I missed "Countdown", their Thursday program was the most moving coverage I've seen, and that they have a real asset in Keith Olbermann that they aren't using.
Guess we'll see later today if they come through, eh?

1. Not according to Charter programming... |
|
They have MSRNC tonight showing "MSNBC Presents..MSNBC Presents... MSNBC Presents... Rita Cosby... MSNBC Presents..."
I'm NOT kidding about that. That's what the programming schedule looked like early this morning. I think they WANT the network to fold. How else could you explain it?

2. That's what I have on my cable lineup, too. |

But there's some hope. "Headliners and Legends" was supposed to be on, and they pre-empted that.
I'm not getting my hopes up, but I guess we'll know 8:00 EST. In the meantime, call that comment line and email MSRNC.

3. I'm betting not. The "Countdown" clock was running earlier |

today, with less than eight hours to go, hence my question as to Muffy's sources. I don't see it now at all.
