even though i wasn't up to full speed. got a divorce for a young woman from a guy who literally THREW their (at the time) 6 mo. old child in the back of his car & then drove off while she (client) was clinging on to the car. wouldn't ya know, he's also staring down a 2 to 20 yr sentence for aggravated assault on a federal officer? he started crying about "i never get to see my daughter" :cry: :eyes: then said he wanted to say something to my client. fortunately, the judge (by this time :nopity: to this loser) said "no, i'm not responsible for the situation you got yourself into" & refused to let him get one last shot to verbally abuse my client. :)

with a video image of him standing at a podium speaking (in his dress robes no less) but not necessarily a video of him giving that pre-election speech. Zawahiri has been sending videos the last few times. That makes me think that Osama is probably dead, the declarations of it being his authentic voice on the tapes misleading or incorrect, and that only Ayman is still alive or well enough to appear on tape.

Hope everyone is doing well tonight. I'm trying to stay awake so I can watch Keith. As ya'll remember I had to appear in court today for an assault I witnessed. I had to change around my work day because of it, so I went to work at 5am. I'm really sleepy right now.

As to my appearance---well it was interesting. I was to report at 1:30pm. It was in criminal court and there were lots of other cases before the one I was there for. It was called domestic violence court. It made me so sad to see so many people there and even sadder to hear the situations that brought them to the courtroom.

Well, after sitting in court for 2 1/2 hours, I never got to give my testimony as the case I was there for was held over for trial and I have to come back on March 8. Lovely!! I don't mind though as I heard what happened to the poor woman after I lost sight of her and her attacker. The bastard ran over her leg after pushing her out of the truck she was in and then her fled the scene with their baby. Made me sick!!

So here I am struggling to keep my eyes open...
