I just have to keep my fingers crossed that the NW pilots don't strike during the next two weeks. I read in the paper today that they could strike anytime now. They're very far apart from management. The bankruptcy hearing ended yesterday and the judge is supposed to rule on the 16th. I could be in big trouble. If they strike, I hope another airline will honor my ticket and have room for me.

7. what's Continental Airlines look like, from where you are?

they do a lot of code-sharing with Northwest. I should know. Hubby is flying from here to Fairbanks via Minneapolis. :crazy:

8. We do have Continental flights

I just don't know what their schedule looks like, or the availability. Once we get closer and I know more about whether or not they will strike, I'll check into it. Hopefully we'll have some warning. I hope they at least have a cool-down period, which should get me past our trip.
