Well, I'm disgusted!

My mother came over to help me by washing clothes and saw that my longhaul trucker neighbor has a puppy, a tiny baby puppy penned up in his backyard! This poor baby is smaller than my cat, as I discovered this evening when an employee of the business next door came over with it and asked me if I could take care of it as it had gotten out of it's pen. The poor thing was so lonely and afraid that it somehow woolied it's way out and went to the closest people it could find. It's teething for crying out loud! My 14 pound cat would have made mincemeat of the pup so I suggested he take it to my neighbor lady who loves dogs and has the supplies to deal with a puppy. Why on earth would this man get a puppy when he knows he's going to be gone for long stretches of time is beyond me. Oh, and it did'nt have a collar on either.:nuke: :grr:

1. People like that should not own animals.

He really needs to give that puppy to someone who will give it the love and care it needs.
