have you ever seen that tvmovie in (philadelphia I believe) 1985ish, about the anti-nuke people who were demanding all the local arming devices from nukes. Had a nuke on board, it ended up being a show about the media coverage. All I can think of is special report, special edition, something like that but can't find it online anywhere.

Was on tv ~'85. I had to watch for a while because it was so well done. Flashy logos, songs, "Now, back to our live coverage of...". The media used it to sell airtime, at 1 point the protestors told the media that if they weren't using this crisis ONLY to sell airtime, to cut them off, that they would go to another news company. It was wild. It is not on DVD, did a search for it a while ago, but can't remember now the exact name.
