Whoever they get to replace Snotty, will lie out the ass. It's not like they're fooling anyone. That's the job. They lie and evade badly, everyone pretends that they don't, and that's that. The only purpose is to give the WH and the press a public opportunity to pretend they're legitimate. They aren't even fooling themselves. It's an absurd little carnival side show... the only thing missing is the unicycles and juggling (but they do have that ridiculous monkey they dress up and push out on stage once in awhile).
