FYI: Later this week three US oil companies are due to post earnings |
|
Last year Exxon Mobil recorded the fattest profits on record for an American corporation. The company said it made $10.7 billion just in the fourth quarter, while for all of 2005 it earned $36.1 billion.
Exxon will report first quarterly earnings Thursday.
ConocoPhillips report is due Wednesday and Chevron due early Friday.
Just a heads up in case they try to downplay this in the "media".

3. And some auto mags are actually amazed at how... |
|
All those little hatchbacks the auto-makers used to sell only in Europe are suddenly...being shipped over to our shores in droves!
All they've got to do pass by their friendly local c-store/gas station to find the answer...
BTW, fellow DUers, next time you're low on the gas gauge, and you see a Hess station, stop in and fill 'er up! Amarada Hess is an anomoly..an oil company that actually gives the majority of its campaign contributions to...DEMOCRATS!!!

4. Or if not Hess, then Citgo |
|
Hess is not available in the Great Lakes Region, so Citgo is always a good choice. Owned by Venezuela.
