congressman (former)- Bill Paxton. Said to be a marriage of convenience.
Bill Paxton was rumored to have been involved with Brit Hume's son. The son committed suicide after he was picked up for a DUI in DC. Apparently Brit had stopped talking to his son because he was ashamed of him.
Anyway, if Susan's mouth is moving she is lying.
