Attorney on Randi Rhodes says Alito nomination is about shutting down
the truth and cases about Guantanamo and what potentially it will uncover.

He says the president, (Dick Cheney*), is probably "very afraid" of Guantanamo.

Attorney cant answer "I think the reason the President is worried about Guantanamo is because there are so many individuals there....and any evidence is lacking" of any wrongdoing.

He also made a point by stating, "if the government could have charged these individuals in Guantanamo with crimes and tried them, wouldn't he have already done so?"

6. Is that where Lindsey Graham was headed with his crazed questioning
about Nazis and POWs?
