36. Really. Lindsey is closeted. Not that I care about his orientation, but
Edited on Tue Jan-10-06 11:04 PM by CottonBear
I do care that he's a hypocrite.

Lindsey could easily come over to our Democratic side but he's too beholden to his GOP masters.

edit: to say that I live next door here in GA. I konw a lot of gay Southern men, many of whom are goodfriends, and Lindsey is a gay man. He simply can't come out and retain his senatorship.

38. OK, answer me a question, then, please.
And I don't give a hoot either whether he's gay or not.

What I want to ask is this, I was listening to Rush a few days ago (Shut up!) and I heard Rush talking about Lindsey Graham and calling him "vice-president Lindsey". Several times.

Now, what does THAT mean?

42. Wow. I have NO idea. I Don't listen to Rush. Maybe Rush wants Lindsey
to run for office or KKKarl wants that talking point out there.

These are strange times, aren't they? :(

Peace. CB

26. That reminds me of the joke
I think it was in Reader's Digest.

Jerry Garcia died and found himself in a room with a stage and standing there was Elvis, Jimi Hendrix, Roy Orbison, and John Lennon. Jerry was amazed and said to himself. "I cannot believe it, there really is a rock and roll heaven and I'm going to jam with the band."
Hearing this, Elvis leaned down and whispered to him "Heaven?"
Just then Karen Carpenter came into the room, sat down on the drums and said "Okay everybody, 'Close to You' on three. One, two ..."

But I happen to love the Carpenters, FWIW.

28. Did you know that Alito's impetus to become what he is (Ultra -Con)
"Close to youuuu...except you long hairs!"

Has much to do with his over-reaction to the Sixties? His little NeoCon mind needed order and short hair and by golly he is going to interpret the Constitution to regain it! He's damaged, scarred by his sixties experience and we all are going to pay.

34. I make no sense of the post
but you'll have to excuse me. I'm from an era where music came just on a record, not requiring an accompanying video with some guy grabbing his crotch or a girl shaking her tits to distract the viewer from their lack of singing ability.
