Boston Legal never ceases to amaze me |
|
and today we were introduced to a new term: DWB Driving while Black..
To describe a police officer stopping a car driven by a suspicious driver: a black person.
This was a small part of the program. The main story with Denny Crane shooting off people because this is his right (second amendment) while the DA dragging him to court is a Democrat was too funny.

3. can also mean Driving While Brown. |
|
my husband (of mexican descent) and I have been stopped for no apparent reason a few times. Quote 'erratic driving' (not even close) and 'texas plates driving north thru Ohio equals drug trafficing' bullshit. Brown man, shitty car is more like it. The OH officers were complete and total racist assholes.

has been street patois in Los Angeles for at least 10 years.
It was a very popular offense when Daryl Gates was Chief.
