Filibuster Is The Only Option!
We have a candidate whose own fellow circuit court judges override him with opinions bordering on contempt.

We have a candidate who failed to recuse himself (as he had promised to do in advance) on a case in which he had a financial interest.

We have a candidate who seems to have no demonstrable limit to endorsing presidential powers.

We have a candidate whose C.A.P. affiliation and opinions show a demonstrable lack of judicial qualities.

If we don't use the filibuster now, we are saying that there is no case in which we intend to. This man would be an embarrassment to the German Court of the 30's, in what twisted mind could he possibly be thought of as SCOTUS material?

Death by natural causes.

They are appointed for life and the only way to remove them is by impeachment, if convicted.

Some previous justices who remained on the court past their prime, I mean WELL past their prime. Basically, you can be a drooling, senile, doddering old fool and still be a sitting Justice.

4. In 1970 Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford
attempted impeachment of Justice Douglas.
It did not work.
