I need help quick!! Does anyone have the name of that mandatory psych tes
testing being done in schools now?? I have a meeting this morning at my son's middle school. It was a bill signed a couple of years ago that can cause forced medications. Thanks so much in a hurry.

2. I don't believe there was any forced medication, however.

The screening might be required, and some people (including me) are afraid that this kind of thing can easily lead to mandatory medication -- but no bill has been passed that requires kids to take medication if they flunk the screening. Yet.

3. New Freedom Initiative.

Part of it is to mandatory test students and give meds if indicated if needed. Not medicating could result in bringing up charges against the parent if I understand it correctly. This is hidden within a broader "disabilities" program. I also believe that schools are being forced to do this or they will not receive Fed funding.

Here is an article about it in Prevention Magazine.

The Revolution will be Sedated!

For those new or just did not read about this stuff when I posted it early I am posting some information about the "New Freedom Initiative" which looks nice at first just like "no child left behind" looks nice until you realize its "double speak" and works against children, education and the institutions. If you are not familiar with Huxley's a Brave New World then read this stuff and then read the dystopia.

Here are articles about the "New Freedom Initiative for people with
disablities" it also reminds me of the eugenics programs in the 1930s
of the USA which was to help people with disabilities and later was
adopted by Nazi Germany for their eugenics program. As always I
posted the full article with URL as source cited at the bottom of the
article for any future reference and way below are some governmental
sites proposing their "agenda". PLEASE feeel free to copy and paste
the whole post and send it to other groups, blogs, listserves, e-mail

Attempt to Stop Mandatory Mental Screening Fails
Congressman pushed language requiring parental consent
WorldNetDaily 24nov04

An attempt by Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, to add language to the omnibus spending bill in Congress to require parental consent for any mental-health screening done to children with federal money has failed.

The language was proposed to blunt the effect of a program proposed by the New Freedom Commission on Mental Health, which President Bush established in 2002. The New Freedom Initiative recommends screening not only for children but eventually for every American.

As WorldNetDaily reported, in September Paul attempted to have the program removed from Labor, HHS and Education Appropriations Act. His amendment failed the House of Representatives by a vote of 95-315.

The language he hoped to have added to the omnibus bill, which passed on Saturday, was:

"None of the funds made available for State Incentive Grants for Transformation should be used for any programs of mandatory or universal mental-health screening that performs mental-health screening on anyone under 18 years of age without the express, written permission of the parents or legal guardians of each individual involved."
