So, immigration is now the 'safe' issue for the repugs.
CSPAN and CSPAN2, just flipped back and forth. The repugs are talking up a storm about borders and immigration and don't seem to want to address anything else. Not gas, not Iraq, not the lying, thieving admin, nada. They found or created an emotional issue not tied to anything 'pressing', and are running with it.

1. But this does not, of course
mean that they are actually going to do anything with regard to immigration either.

They, and the public, are far too divided.

Not to mention the fools (and bigots) many Republicans have shown themselves to be on the issue in the past few months.

2. Except the public doesn't back them on that issue either.
It's a sad day to be a Republican when a loser issue is your best hope!

3. That was the plan Stan
Its always easy to get the ignorant bigots to hate a minority. They fall for it every time. Like Pavlov's dog.

5. it ain't nothing
It ain't nothing if they can take the issue and WIN ELECTIONS with it.

Everything is political with them.

It isn't about DOING ANYTHING necessarily, it's about having and keeping ALL THE POWER.

They don't want to resolve an issue at all, they are just using it to KEEP THEIR POWER.

They must be made to loose BIGTIME this November.

We Dems cannot let this victory slip through our hands.

We can WIN by being smart, working hard and exploiting THE TRUTH. The truth is heavily biased IN OUR FAVOR for this November. WE MUST NOT BLOW IT YET AGAIN!
