1. Do people deserve to be lied to? |
|
If I told you several relevant facts about a particular issue but intentionally omitted several more facts that contradicted the first several and painted a more complex, more realistic image, am I not guilty of lying by omission?

2. Yes, we get the MSM we deserve. Someone is watching all that |

crap. I would bet most people don't want to know the gov't they have and the gov't they think they have are two different gov't. I would bet they don't want to know how many millions have been killed to keep us in oil over the last 50 years.
We are raised to trust, respect, and obey the gov't. To find out what really is going on is rather mind-blowing literally. Most people can't handle the truth.

3. Bush did not receive a majority of votes in 2000 |

and in 2004 we had an unverifiable election fraught with problems and outright fraud. We don't deserve Bush, we never did. Nobody does.
The media is something that is shoved down our throats. We have no control over it. To the extent that people don't question what they see on the TV, then it does become our fault.
