1. Probably w/ little or no editorial oversight. The guy was trying to get away with as much as possible.
2. Either that, or Faux is purposely trying to fan some flames, or else have a financial interest in Neil Young or Neil Young bashing.
If it were any other news source, I'd go with option one. With Faux, however...
