.......

In southern Iraq, a bomb hit an Italian military convoy Thursday morning, killing four soldiers — three Italians and a Romanian — and seriously injuring another passenger, Italy's government said. The bomb struck the convoy near an Italian military base in Nasiriyah, a heavily Shiite city 200 miles southeast of Baghdad, said local Iraqi government spokesman Haidr Radhi.

The violence came as Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld were visiting Baghdad to meet with officials in the new Iraqi government. Nouri al-Maliki, a Shiite hard-liner recently tapped as Iraq's prime minister, is trying to form a new national unity government aimed at stopping a wave of sectarian violence in Iraq.

4. moving to slowly ?
Well if his intensions are to remove my fellow Italian brothers and sisters ,he is dragging his feet with the idea ,its to bad these latest young killed who should have been on a plane on their way home ! Iam 100% American/Italian ,my grandparents moved here from Italy in the early 1920's ! I condsider myself a American first, however I always wondered if my grandparents decided to stay in Italy what life would be like ? My heart goes out to the families in Italy just as they do for anyone who losses a loved one in our idiot presidents war for profit ! Its to bad our allies have gotten dragged into this mess also ! I bet bush does'nt go off any of our army bases while in Italy ! Or any other of our allies ,back streets ,I dont think he is very welcome anywhere, he is barely liked in his own country ! Perhaps the best thing for him to to go to crawford tx. ,we still have enough rednecks around in tx for him to feel safe. I personally do not wish anything more then bush to no longer be our president thru a impeachment, if he ,or rather what ever laws he broke ,I will hope our justice system catches up with him on that !

that's why BushCo was hoping Berlisconi could pull of a coup but he couldn't find anyone else to participate.
