Michael Moore tried to warn you. That was what F 9/11 was all about
this thread is a result of reading Kentuck's thread, here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=364x1038100

All we heard from the brain dead right was how Moore "lied", and played fast and loose with the "facts".

He tried to tell you that Bush didn't give a flying fuck about you.

If you are not part of his base, that is the "have mores", you can all go to hell.

Michael tried to warn you.

3. Yep.
The freepers like to consider themselves part of God's great plan to rid the world of the unconverted. They figure that the refuse of society will get their just punishments and rewards. God after all will sort everything out and he will do away with those who would keep them from their paradise lives where everything is just like what they said was like in the 50's.

It never occurs to them that maybe, just maybe, they could use a great deal of repentence. It never crosses their mind that they too are sinners in the hands of an angry God. It never dawns on them that they will be left with a terrible mess of their own creation and that they need to deal not only with their own mess but those of others too.

If they do then they do what they can to deny it. That is the fear that drives them to lie, and lie they do about everything and then try to believe it. That's where they lose their mind.

If they want to claim they believe God then they have to give up their notions of entitlement because the scriptures do not say anything about God being merely a resource.

5. Seriesly. The have-not Bush voters waved flip-flip shoes in the air

9. Speaking of, "That bad fat man, Michael Moore"
I've often wondered what kind of treatment he would receive if he were a thin, lithe, and Adonis-like man. Do you think he would be abused so much?

They can't sue him for libel, after all, and I believe they would if they could to shut him up.

12. I will be interested to see how they react to his next movie
about health care. Isn't everyone upset about that? I believe that is a bipartisan issue.

I would love to see him do a whole movie on oil and the price of gas. How could that piss the freepers off?

13. they'd probably say "he must be homosexual"
Which they regard as a terrible insult. I think it was in "The Corporation" -- someone who was trying to warn people about McDonald's was set upon by right-wingers who yelled "you look weak and skinny, you must be gay and have AIDS".

8. Yep, and I remember being both amused and appalled by the outrage
over Kenye West's comment that "Bush** doesn't care about black people". My mother made a remark about what he said and my response was, "Why does what he said bother you? He doesn't give a fiddler's damn about me or my kids or even your middle class self for that matter. If you're not part of the wealthiest 1% of this nation your boy George doesn't give a tinker's damn about you."

And the people who were brain dead then saying what a liar he was, sure are showing they are STILL brain dead now by being part of the lowly 32% that approve of the a$$.

Here's to the truthtellers! :toast:
