Easy. ZERO.

Lots of the doctors have carry permits, though.

I used to live in northwest Florida, not far from where one of the high-profile murders took place. The perpetrator used a 12-gauge hunting shotgun, illegally transported. Denial of handgun carry licenses for FBI-certified good guys doesn't do a damn thing about the nutcases who don't CARE if they are breaking the law...

And believe me when I tell you that the clinic doctors and their escorts were lawfully armed...
