Texas Teens Charged In Brutal Racist Attack

(CBS) SPRING, Texas - Two white teenagers severely beat and sodomized a 16-year-old Hispanic boy who they believed had tried to kiss a 12-year-old white girl at a party, authorities said.

At about 11:30 p.m. the victim allegedly tried to kiss the 12-year-old girl who lives at the home where the party was held, KHOU, a CBS affiliate reported. At that point, the attackers forced the boy out of the Saturday night house party, beat him and sodomized him with a metal pipe, shouting epithets "associated with being Hispanic," said Lt. John Martin with the Harris County Sheriff's Department. They then poured bleach over the boy, apparently to destroy DNA evidence and left him for dead, authorities said. The victim was left in the yard for hours before anyone called for help, KHOU, reported. He wasn't discovered until Sunday, 12 hours after the attack, by one of the youths who attended the party.

"He was severely beaten. Oh, I couldn't believe it. His face was so swollen. Lips, everything. There was just blood everywhere," neighbor Nancy Benavidez told KHOU. The victim, who was not identified, suffered severe internal injuries and remained in critical condition Thursday. "It's more than likely the boy won't live," Harris County prosecutor Mike Trent said.

Keith Robert Turner, 17, and David Henry Tuck, 18, are charged with aggravated sexual assault, investigators said. Prosecutors are considering whether to attach hate-crime charges, but unless the victim dies, the possible penalty would be the same. If the boy dies and it is ruled a hate crime, Tuck could face the death penalty, authorities said. Turner would be too young to face execution. Investigators said Turner and Tuck are showing no remorse, KHOU reported.

11. Back before 9/11 when Giuliani was ruling NYC like a modern day Hitler,

several NYC policemen sodomized a Haitian immigrant with a broomstick or nightstick (it was never found) right in the policestation bathroom. One or two cops held the man down with his head in the toilet while the third cop sodomized him. The third cop got a sentence of 25 years in prison, I believe and is still trying to cut a deal with prosecutors to get out early.

Supposedly, one of the cops told the Haitian man (Abner Louima), "It's Giuliani time!"

Giuliani ran a racist police department and encouraged it to be even more racist than it was. Other posters have suggested that his involvement in affairs like this will make him even more attractive to rw voters, many of whom buy into Limbaugh's racist radio rants.

So as to the question why do these abuses involve sexual acts? Probably, these Texas Teens are the same kind of men who are unsure of their own sexuality, so they perform what they consider humiliating homosexual acts on someone in anger to cover their own desire to experiment.

the death penalty is barbaric and, to be honest, too good of a punishment for these two freepers. i think life in prison will be much better. no chance for parole either. the more freepers in prison, the better the world will be.

During this morning's hearing, prosecutor Mike Trent told the judge that Tuck, of the 3400 block of Nutwood, was wearing steel-toed boots when he attacked the victim and kicked him in the head. Tuck and others are accused of dragging the victim into the back yard and shoving a PVC pipe into his rectum, Trent said. Tuck is accused of then kicking the pipe with his boots, the prosecutor said. "I don't mean just a little bit," Trent told McSpadden. "He kicked it in and shoved it so far in that he has caused major internal injuries and organ damage."

Detectives also told prosecutors they believe the attackers tried to carve something "racially offensive'' on the boy's chest during the assault, Trent said later outside the courtroom. "There's no question they were cutting him on the chest with a knife,'' Trent said. The victim, who is Hispanic, also was subjected to slurs during the attack, investigators said. The two suspects are anglo. State prosecutors will not pursue the incident as a hate crime.

Turner, of the 21000 block of Star Grass, may be allowed to remain free after he appears in court because prosecutors said they are "pretty comfortable" with his $100,000 bail amount.

Wasn't that long ago a few kids in New Mexico (or Arizona) did the same thing to summer camp kids, and it was passed of as a "prank"...it was because one of the boys wanted to be a missionary, and couldn't be one if he had a felony. Of course, that his dad was a politician had nothing to do with the charges. Anyone else remember this story?? That was their thing..if the assailiant didn't "get off" there was no sexual assult.
