question... why can't there be a Sheehan vs. Bush case? |
|
I know jack about law so bear with me. But why can't Cindy Sheehan take George Bush to court for murdering her son. Certainly there are enough crimes to warrant some sort of legal action... even as a gesture?
second question: if the libby trial, sorry... starting over... WHEN the libby/rove/fuckall trial bears fruit and we find out who outed plame... and that leads us to why... and that leads us to the 16 words... and that again leads us to why lie... and that leads us to the falsification of evidence to gain public support for a fake war... and then we look at all the people who have been killed and money that was given away to chronies as a result....
THEN will Cindy, and families everywhere, be able to take Bush et al. to friggin court?

bush could not be convicted of anything, plus he needs to be impeached before he can be criminally prosecuted.

4. Exactly why we must impeach him ASAP |
|
The evidence has already been collected, case has already been made for the war crimes tribunal at the Hague. All we have to do is impeach him, sign onto the ICC and turn him over.

I know, I know, she has morality on her side, but legally, she has no standing. He entered into a contract as an adult, and suffered the consequences therefrom.
And then there's the FERES DOCTRINE, which shields the US government from damages. It's why spouses can't sue on behalf of their other half in similar straits.
