One of the things mentioned was that maybe Fitz doesn't think that he has enough to indict Rove, but the GJ wants to indict Rove, so Rove is going back so that the GJ can further grill him.... just speculation on the guests part, which he stated. But according to the Report, Rove is headed BACK to the GJ.

Rove's appearance yesterday was his fifth. The grand jury will be meeting again tomorrow.

9. I'm sorry that I'm wrong. I am trying very hard to take nice long deep |

breaths. Forgive me. I heard it wrong. I hope that the GJ meeting tomorrow does something really exciting, like indicting the SOB.
The one guest on HB, did say that the GJ may want to grill Rove, what was meant by that?

2. the GJ does not need to see him again in order to indict... if the GJ is |
|
meeting with no testimony, it means Fitzgerald is going to ask them to indict, or they are going to indict.

5. That's what I heard, not that Rove was going back |
|
GJ is just meeting tomorrow -- formality if they need to approve indictment.
It went down this way with Libby, too. It was a Thursday night when we heard it would be Scooter and no Karl; around early afternoon the next day, we had the Libby indictment and Fitz's presser.
Let's hope history repeats itself tomorrow.

Rovie told MSNBC that his grand jury session today was "hell." I guess he ought to recognize hell when he sees it.

11. I want to caution that Rove may be squealing in order to AVOID indictment. |
|
Or as part of a deal to get lesser charges. It's a good possibility, in fact. We'll see. Something is most certainaly astir with Fitzgerald and the GJ. But if it's this latter--Rove squealing--we might not know it for a while.

13. Could be that Rove in order to save himself |
|
may have thrown someone else under the bus for indictment (though I think it's him that will be).
