Hardball's O'Donnel on grilling about Rove being indicted Soon....
She was grilling a former assistant prosecutor Sol Weisenberg about Rove's over 3 hour testimony yesterday. Weisenberg said only Betty Currie has appeared five times before a Special Prosecutor so it doesn't look good for Rove.

O'Donnel said there was a "BIG PARTY" in DC last night for Rove and he seemed very happy and confident. Weisenberg said "well whe wouldn't exactly say I'm about to be indicted would he."

O'Donnel must have been at that BIG PARTY...She was giddy and jumping up and down giggling laughing and in general her usual self....ugh....

Anyway, I suffered through it so you guys would know. Shuster also said that it didn't look good for Rove.

Maybe it's MSNBC Disinformation though.

1. If Rove Thought He Was Going to Be Indicted That's What I Would Expect Him
to do. Totally pretend everything's cool, go out in public and have a party and appear like he doesn't have a worry in the world. That's exactly what I would expect him to do.

2. Wonderful David SHUSTER says ROVER is "MORE worried not LESS"
Re-post from H2O's thread.

Wingnut Nora O'DONNELL is sitting in for the Tweezer. SCHUSTER, who left Faux and speaks openly about what a wingut hack racket it is, says that ROVER stayed longer than expected, 3+ hours and and was surprised at the questions asked, including about his previous testimony. SHUSTER says again and again that "Official A" is always prime for later indictment and that in ALL of Fitz's previous cases ALL "Officials A" have gone on to be indicted. O'DONNELL asked the guest, "The grand jury is meeting again tomorrow. Does that mean ROVE will be indicted tomorrow?" The guest said, COULD BE! Now she's leading the guest by HER saying it's unlikely to turn around the lengthy testimony into an indictment SO FAST by tomorrow. The guest continues to say it COULD HAPPEN.

Oh, also, another surprise for ROVER was that he had gone there to testify about ONE thing, then was splattered with SEVERAL topics.

The guest was U.S. Atty Sol WEISENBERG.

O'DONNELL keeps trying to get him to say there's nothing to worry about. He says that anybody who has been identified as a SUBJECT and has been to testify FIVE times with the lastest time being THREE AND A HALF HOURS--------"you have PLENTY to worry about." O'DONNELL spun herself silly, saying that HER source says ROVE was at a party last night and was VERY UPBEAT, that he told others that the grilling was BAD but that he feels good about his testimony. WEISENBERG didn't rist to that bait EITHER, saying, "Well, what do you expect him to say?" Give WEISENBERG the "hardball" show.

3. I cannot stand that woman!
Why doesn't someone tell Norah ODonnell that laugh she subjects us to is so damn obnoxious? What is that damn funny as White House Correspondent, reporting the news or subbing on Hardball?

:argh:

8. I hesitate to say this for fear of sounding
Sexist....but she seems a "female version" of Tweety. In my lifelong experience as a "female" it kinda says to me...she might have "worked her way up" and she and Tweety are "very close"....if you get my drift.

It seems here that "Guys" can go on about this stuff and never have a problem...but if a DU female sort of hints...(from long experience) observations about other females we can get trashed from both sides. But...there's something "odd" about Nora. Maybe she's just on "meds" and it isn't what I think.....:eyes:

Please don't flame me.......

10. I don't care what someone would label my criticism of Norah!
She is very nonprofessional. When she was made Chief White House correspondent over David Gregory my first thought was she had to be in bed with someone in authority at MSNBC. It has gone to her head because she was not so obnoxious before that promo. If she is not on an ego trip then there is some other problem with her such as being over medicated.

I don't know how her bosses at MSNBC could not be aware of how repulsive it is to hear her cackling. I would definitely ask her to stop it or I would fire her.

9. DeLay had a "Hammer Party?" Sheesh you must be onto something...
because DU'ers posted that Rove left yesterday's hearings with a "DeLay Smile" on his face. Remember, DeLay did his "Mug Shot" in Texas with a huge "in your face" SMILE!

There was a party for him? Sheesh. Maybe Rove had a "Pity Party" or "Irish Wake" that Nora and the rest of DU Whoredom went to last night.

You know...the DC Culture at this point should make us average Americans just sick with DISGUST!!! :puke:
