37. My intuition

tells me that's just a little too quick. There is a mountain of evidence this jury has got to correlate from the previous GJ testimony.

This could result in multiple count indictment and Fitzgerald is too laser like in his prosecutorial style to rush his drafting of the bill he wants to present and request their approval.

What he says in that indictment is going to have to be carefully written because they will be official charges and subject to lawyer technicality to be thrown out. But I think the indictment is in preparation. I think they are going to give Fitz everything he asks for and Rove was being fit for the cement shoes yesterday.

Wednesdays and Fridays are the normal routine meeting days of the jury so there is nothing extremely unusual about them meeting tomorrow.

I'm thinking they would meet two or three more times yet before Fitz makes the announcement. But I will be overjoyed to be wrong.
