He was saying he was going to target anyone wearing the armbands and shoot them. I traced it as far as the Protest Warriors site but that's as far as I got.

these people are INSANE

I'm just a single mom with 2 grown kids trying to stop this madness.

I had watched it at work but like I said--no audio. So today, finally, I watched it from home and it just blew me away. The Promise is one of my fave songs and I think the song goes very well with that animation.
