You know what? George W. Moron* has been a great thing for America...
Why you ask? Have a taken a giant gulp of the kool-ade? Am I a closet freeper? Am I on the wrong meds? Am I on meds at all? Who first ate snails and why???

No my friends, I'm not loony although many people have accused me of that in the past.

G.W. Moron* is the best thing ever to hit America. First a little background.

Once upon a time, I worked in Hollywood as a P.A. (production asst) and would work on various projects with a certain type of producer. That certain type was to say the least stupid. Meaning, rather than solve problems with actual intelligence, they would do a number of things to "fix" things. One would be: throwing money at something until it went away. In reality, it never went away, it just got very expensive. Two: argue with whomever to the point of screaming matches until the issue was resolved. In reality, it never was resolved and now the producer created an enemy for life (very bad in hollywood) or three: never ever admit in the face of overwhelming evidence that they were wrong. In reality, that tactic lost the respect of the crew (another hollywood no no).

My friends and I would watch these daily passion plays play out with these stupid producers and vowed that one day, when we made or shot our own picture, it would be vastly different. We would call this learning by negative example. We applied the lessons we learned and had happy & fun shoots.

Now as I look at moron* and his room full of dopes, I can't help but be reminded of those stupid ass producers that I once worked for out in Hollywood. And I watch as all their lies, tantrums and extravagance with our money are all efforts to un-fuck all of their fuck ups. They are demonstrating the classic negative example.

The people in this country are waking up to this fact and are slowly realizing, by morons* example, how not to do something.

We as Americans became lax in our upholding of our constitutional rights, civil liberties and checks and balances. We were cruising along in the Clinton years living large under a gov't that more or less played by the rules. Now when confronted by these low class petty thugs, we were at first simply stunned at the abject arrogance, stupidity and boorishness of their actions. Many of us caught on right off the bat but for the majority of the nation, for a long time, believed what they were being fed because, since Nixon, we hadn't had this kind of blatant obvious corruption in our lives. (yes, reagen was corrupt but he was let off the hook in Iran/contra)

The ice has thawed. People are now seeing moron* and his room full of dopes for what they are: spoiled, ill prepared silver spoon, arrogant, lying bastards, who will stop at nothing, including destroying this country to achieve what ever goals they deem necessary to complete their bizarre hateful plans.

Because of this, and their negative example, we see what not to do, and what we need to do once these bums are out of office and in prison.

What once made America great in the eyes of others, will return. I believe that.

We won't invade countries out of opportunity, we won't torture, we won't imprison without just cause, we won't violate the constitution, civil liberties and checks and balances. We will help the poor, the un-health-insured, the uneducated, the older population. We will maintain and stop robbing social security, we will lower drug prices, we make alternative energy a high priority, we will investigate price gouging across the board, not just in the oil industry but all industries. We will give our soldiers the proper gear to protect us and we won't send them to lands to fight unjust wars or attack countries that aren't a threat to us. We will fund the VA.

Lastly, and this is something moron* has completely disregarded, as Americans, we will first take care of our own.

1. And that lesson, once learned...
...will last just about as long as it takes the current crop of 10-year olds to reach voting age. Then it will all be forgotten and human stupidity and apathy will once again be the rule.

The aweful truth is that the human race is doomed to extinction. Yet another failed evolutionary experiemnt; a creature almost intelligent enough to sustain a civilization, but, regrettably, not quite up to the task.

2. The "skinned-knee" principle
Most parents are aware of what is informally known as the "skinned-knee" principle, which basically says it's a good thing for your kid to skin his knee, because it hurts and the hurt teaches him a lesson. It's a bad thing to let him play in the street however, because obviously any injury will be catastrophic.

Have we skinned our knee or been hit by a car? Time will tell, but if we aren't willing to rise to the challenge -- this challenge in particular -- we've been playing in the street.

3. Even if we have been hit by a car and survive,
this time maybe we will learn to make sure that those ten year olds never forget like Jewish parents teach their children never to forget the Holocaust. My God, we had twelve years of Reagan/Bush and yet the idiot son became President. We must make sure that this unvarnished history is taught in our schools and at home. May we as a nation never forget even after those of us who are alive today are gone. This should be our legacy. NEVER FORGET!

4. This is like saying that getting stabbed 50 times in the heart teaches
you to be aware of knife safety.

Not true. Our country may not survive what has happened in these years.

5. I certainly would like it if you're right.
However, I'm not very hopeful. First we had Nixon, who was a complete psycho and a thief, and who went down in flames. We should have learned from this disaster that Republicans can't be trusted. But less than ten years later we had Reagan in office. He was a complete idiot, he put a lot of Nixon's old pals back in power, and he oversaw the secret and unconstitutional Iran-Contra scandal. That, again, should have taught us that Republicans can't be trusted. But immediately after Reagan was gone, Bush the First was in office. And he wasn't a complete idiot, but he was as dirty as they come, and he put all of Nixon and Reagan's old pals in office, and he pardoned all the people who had commited near-treasonous acts under Iran-Contra. This should, finally, have taught us that Republicans cannot be trusted.

And yet, less than ten years later, his son is in office. Twice.

6. One of the best posts IMHO. It's not Bush that is the problem...

it is the fact that so many were so gullible. Well, perhaps now people will think about the consequences of such "thinking" advocated by PNAC and other RW organizations.

7. It's Because They Own The News, The Churches and The Voting Machinez
We aren't being fooled anymore, which is why they are having to resort to massive electoral fraud.
