Shuster On HardBall
Good piece, hinted at collusion between Rove & Libby re: Libby filings and that the GJ may have evidence Rove is unaware of.

1. Shuster kicks ass! I look forward to his Plame reporting.
He always has the goods! I wonder how long before he's swiftboated.

2. How can they do that? He used to work at FAUX!
He's probably got WAY more dirt on them than they'll ever get on him...!

5. It's true. He was their lead CLINTON investigator
From his bio: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3080466/

From 1996 - 2002, Shuster was a Washington, D.C. based correspondent for the Fox News Channel. He was at the Pentagon on 9-11 and led Fox’s coverage of U.S. military operations in Afghanistan. During the Clinton administration, Shuster led Fox’s coverage of the Clinton investigations including “Whitewater,” the Monica Lewinsky scandal, the Starr report, and the Senate impeachment trial.

Shuster was also a member of Fox’s “You Decide 2000” political team. He spent 4 months on John McCain’s “Straight Talk Express” bus and was Fox’s lead correspondent for McCain’s presidential campaign.

13. Same Here
His reporting on Plame has been superb. Love that wicked little laugh of his especially when quoting Luskin's comments.

15. I love it too!
His mickey mouse voice was a little annoying at first for me. Now? Given the excellent reporting he has done all these last months, he can report with a mouth full of potato chips and I would not care!

12. heh
these were particularly interesting:

When asked whether he would have had that opportunity while working at Fox, Shuster laughed, remained silent for a pregnant pause and said, "No. The answer is no."

and

He acknowledged that likely never would have happened at Fox, a network that neither his father, Arnold Shuster, nor his mother, Susan Klein, supported. "My parents always wondered why it took me so long to get out of there," he said. "I wonder, too."

All is forgiven, for now Shuster - but I'm watching you!

10. I like Shuster.
He seem to be totally unbiased in any of his reporting.

16. He knows what happened.
And he is able to say more in his role as a reporter than Chris or Keith as hosts.
