He is such a good samaritan.
In truth, it's because he got his drug addict ass caught manipulating doctors to get stoned on prescription drugs.
Because of trash like Rush, people who legitimately need prescription pain medication, will be forced to suffer and endure more pain. That is the real end result of the actions that Scumbag Rush (Crack Head Deluxe) willfully engaged in to get his fix.
