Justice Alito. The U.S. takes a step back. Brazil
Botched abortions are the fourth-leading cause of maternal deaths in Brazil. In 2004, some 244,000 women were treated for complications from clandestine abortions in public hospitals, costing the government 35 million reais ($15.2 million).

4. Better the girls and women should die
than to have had sex.(sarcasm) I once read a LTE in Playboy years ago and some women who hated abortion wrote it was okay to have an abortion: "as long as they had to drill through the bitch's head to do it". So much for the sanctity of life. What harsh value judgments. Those poor Brazilian women, or many of those 3rd world Catholic countries, the women can be threatened with legal ramifications if they go to the hospital and at the very least a humiliating time from the nuns.
