Folks, please join me in praying for Rush Limbaugh
that he may continue to suffer the slow, painful, agonizing, torturous remainder of his pathetic life right to the bitter end in the same manner he's suffering right now. Pray that he will go down in history as one of the most evil, divisive monsters that ever polluted the earth's airwaves. Pray that the justice which got him in one ear will continue straight on through his hateful, divisive brain, out the other ear, and back in through his mouth, rotting his tongue out next....rendering him entirely harmless forever more. Pray with me that the demons he's been encountering lately in his earthly putrid life are nothing compared to what's gonna get him in any possible future afterlife.

Hallelujah!

1. How do we get him off the air?
The local stations play him all the time and people go nuts if he's not on. How can sponsers back the hypocritical crook?

3. Don't sink to his level. I still believe in the "what goes around - comes
around" and his is and will still keep coming around. Prayer is for postive goals not for negative ones.

I understand your thoughts & he may deserve it; just don't believe in praying for bad things.

7. I think what the poster means is that you are wishing harm on him
You are wishing for more pain in the world.

11. Gotta agree with you...
It's very tempting to wish harm on somebody...especially somebody who's SO asking for it...
but it does tend to backfire on one if you make a habit of it.

Not saying I haven't found it...difficult, considering the current PTB...
Buddhists would pray for their 'enlightenment'...but that can go both ways too.
Enlightenment isn't always sweetness and...well...light.
Think about The Tower in the Tarot card deck.
There's a form of enlightenment for ya...

4. Amen.
Worst thing to ever slither down the pike.

He is a destroyer of all things good and decent.

May he rot.

10. I'm actually just mocking that freeper thread that someone posted about
praying for Bush. I don't wish bad health or anything like that on anyone, although I do hope Limbaugh suffers for his part in dividing this country. Nobody has divided it over the years better than Rush has. Well at least may his tongue go numb for a few years okay?

9. Has he been to rehab yet? They'd make him clean toilets there.
They have a way of knocking people right off their pedestal. I hope the judge sentences him to one.

12. I pray for Rush Limbaugh
I pray that Rush Limbaugh will cure himself of his drug addiction and become an enlightened individual who will spread the truth as effectively as he has in the past spread propaganda and will be a positive force in the post-Bush era, a period which I also pray will be one of national and global healing characterized by enlightened, progressive legislation and thought.

13. Seconded. May he become a force for good, rather than evil.
I don't know how likely that is, but it would be a wonderful thing.
For himself, and for the people he has corrupted.

14. That is wonderful. I love it.
As the days go by, I start wondering just what all of this disgust is doing to us. I think "love thy enemy" serves very important purposes. I want to hate the hipocracy of limpboy, but there is much greater good in looking at it the way you did here. Let's pray he sees his evil ways, changes, and turns the tide around.

Think of how easy our entire world could change. It could happen over night. What a thought.

15. I agree w/you, & may your prayer take precedence over mine,
because if it is really a possibility of happening, then more good could come from what you're talking about than what I was talking about. My faux prayer in the OP was more about justice being served for what he has done. Yours is more about the hope of him seeing the light and turning it all around for the good of humanity. Your prayer rules. You just never know.

18. Sadly, if Limbaugh ever took a serious look....
at the damage he has done to this country, I don't think he could live with himself. Seriously. When I read or hear stuff he says, I can only think of the amount of denial he needs to continue calling what he does "entertainment".

16. I pray that he, and each and every member of this lying, corrupt bunch
of thugs and power-hungry lunatics and their apologists get EXACTLY what they deserve.
