2. I think Colbert probably already thought
about that. I sort of took his little "bump" comment to Bush as though Colbert was saying "I'm not afraid of you, you son-of-a-bitch!"

I don't think he's much afraid of anybody.
Damn! Men like that are hard to find.

3. Bush doesn't have to talk about harming him
There are plenty of mad Freepers out there probably thinking about it for him

11. Nah, at this point they might be agreeing with him!
It's getting to that point, sooner rather than later.

He roasted Bush. He did a good job of it, but that was it.

10. At 10:30 on a Saturday night
It's great what Colbert did, but the reporters will go back to doing what they do, and the blood cult will go back to doing what it does.

8. I said earlier, he is right now the bravest man in America and yes,
I do fear for his safety. That or don't be surprised, by some machinatins, Comedy Central will mysteriously drop his show. They got to South Park over Scientology...this is far more extreme.

9. Don't worry . . .
If Comedy Central is cowardly enough to drop "The Colbert Report," another network will pick it up. There's no stopping him now.

14. I don't at all. But Monday morning Imus will tell him to
"SHUT UPPPPPPPPP" (with an unearthly yowl, as they audio a replay of Colbert's speech); Katy will turn up a surgically altered lip and pronounce his remarks "inappropriate"; and Faux news will show clips of him sitting in a porno theater disguised as the cowardly lion rubbing his testicles and chewing on his tail.

And then the real swiftboating will start.
